About

MASSA

The Mid Atlantic Super Street Association is the brain-child of Super Gas racer Rob Keister. Keister was approached by a few 10.90 racers back in 2012 about starting up a series for 2013 since Super Comp & Gas both has successful running associations. In September of 2012 the Mid Atlantic Super Street Series was formed. In its first year the series consisted of 9 events and the championship came down to Jimmy Stack & Frank Quarno Jr. In the end it was Stack who would be crowned the first ever MASSA Champion. In 2014 the series expanded to 10 events and went with a more core schedule of Atco, Cecil County & Maple Grove Raceways. Based off of a family atmosphere MASSA is a fun series in which racers get a shot at two races in one weekend to help hone their skills and make them even more competitive during the Lucas Oil & Mellow Yellow Series Events. The main motto that MASGA and all three series live by is “Fun & Family”. At MASGA everyone is treated as if they are one of the family and are welcomed with open arms and treated with fairness.

MASGA

The Mid Atlantic Super Gas Association will mark its 8th full season of Competition in 2014. The main purpose of MASGA is for Super Gas Racers to sharpen their skills on the off weekends from the NHRA/IHRA tour. The series was started in 2006 by Super Gas racer Pete “Lucky” Luciano and his daughter Leanne. After a successful seven year run the series was handed over to Rob Keister in 2014. As we all know racing is expensive so MASGA tries to make the best of it by offering two events a weekend to help off-set the cost of towing back and forth. Most events are held before or after Lucas Oil Series events and racers are allowed to leave their rigs at the tracks. The series consists of 10 races on 5 different weekends. We will offer 1 race on Saturday and 1 on Sunday and will run all weekends with the Mid Atlantic Super Comp & Street Association to help drivers who have multiple cars in different classes. The main motto that MASGA and all three series live by is “Fun & Family”. At MASGA everyone is treated as if they are one of the family and are welcomed with open arms and treated with fairness.

MASCA

The Mid Atlantic Super Comp Association will mark its 5th full season of Competition in 2014. In 2009 Super Comp Racer Tom Boyle wanted to resurrect the old Competition Photos Super Comp Circuit for 2010. Boyle spent many days and nights promoting the series and got it off the ground. In 2011 Boyle tuned the series over to Rob Keister and it slowly took off from there.
